Luxury car shoppers got a big surprise last month when Mercedes-Benz unveiled their newest Maybach-badged concept: the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6.
A two-door coup, the new Vision concept debuted at this year’s Monterey Car Week and the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance car show in California, giving fans and critics alike a look at this extraordinary concept.

“Our glamorous coupé, the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, represents the ultimate in contemporary luxury. It is hot and cool”, states Gorden Wagener, Head of Design at Daimler AG. “With its intelligent appeal and reduced, technoid look, it perfectly embodies our design philosophy of sensual purity and our pursuit of aerodynamic efficiency.”

The car’s design is unapologetically futuristic both inside and out, with the concept sporting gorgeous contours and gull-wing doors. Under its long and striking bonnet, the Vision is powered by four 550-kW compact permanent magnet synchronic electric motors, as well as an 80-kWh battery pack. This system gives the Vision a terrific sports car-like performance, as well as an electric-driving range of over 200 miles.
We have no word yet on when we might see a production-ready version of the Vision make its way to Husker Mercedes-Benz, so for now, take a look at our full stock of new Mercedes-Benz cars on sale now in Lincoln!
