It’s the best time of the year for chocolate lovers and dessert devotees! The 31st Annual Chocolate Lover's Fantasy returns to downtown Lincoln on Jan. 14, joining chocoholics from all over the area in celebration of the sweet treat.
The Historic Haymarket was once home to the Russel Stover factory, and Chocolate Lover's Fantasy pays homage to that special candy-making history. Both local and professional dessert chefs participate in the event, tapping into their incredible talent to make custom chocolate-inspired confections as well as artistic displays that are sure to wow. Some of the participating restaurants include Gelato to Go, Lulubee Chocolates, Sharel Ann’s Chocolate and Leadbelly.
In addition to lots and lots of dessert, the event also features a silent auction. Funds raised during the event go towards preserving the Historic Haymarket District and supporting the various community events this area puts on during the year. The Chocolate Lover's Fantasy is a great opportunity to munch on delicious chocolate creations while also supporting the growth of our beautiful city!
