

To ensure you the best service; here are a few items to remember when scheduling your complimentary pickup and delivery service and loaner vehicle
*Appointment scheduling. Â We are committed to serving you and will get your vehicle in for service at the soonest available time. Â Due to the popularity of the loaner car program, we may need to schedule your appointment 2-3 days out to ensure a driver and loaner availability.
*Don't forget to fuel up! Â Please make sure that your vehicle has enough fuel to travel to the dealership and back. Â The dealership will pay the fuel cost of the loaner vehicle for travel to and from the dealership. Â However, we ask that you replace any fuel used in the loaner in-between that time. Â If necessary, we would be happy to fuel your vehicle for you while it's here and add the charge to your bill afterward.
*Be Prepared. Â We will need a photocopy of your driver's license and insurance card. Â Please have these items ready for the drivers when they arrive. Â All clients must be at least 21 years of age and have insurance that will cover you in a replacement vehicle. Â Signatures agreeing to the loaner terms and conditions must be obtained prior to receiving your loaner vehicle.
A daily rental rate may apply if any loaner vehicle is not returned with-in 24 hours of your vehicle being completed.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the loaner vehicles. Â A detailing charge may apply upon return.
