The 2025 AMG SL Roadster continues to deliver excitement with its stylish design and thrilling performance. Enhancements include a more powerful base engine, new color options for both the exterior and brake calipers, refreshed interior materials, and a newly available soft-top roof. The powertrain lineup also grows in 2025, now featuring the first-ever plug-in hybrid variant of the Roadster. What Are the 2025 AMG SL Roadster Trims & Features?

There are four trims available for the 2025 AMG SL Roadster.

The entry-level AMG SL 43 offers premium touches like a heated steering wheel, ventilated and massaging front seats, neck-level heating, and a hands-free power trunk. Tech features include an 11.9-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a premium Burmester audio system.

The AMG SL 55 steps up with larger wheels, a rear spoiler, red brake calipers, and a sportier exhaust note. It also introduces an adaptive suspension for a smoother ride.

Moving up, the AMG SL 63 adds a more advanced suspension system and even more performance. Yellow brake calipers set it apart visually, and the more powerful engine boosts its driving dynamics. A head-up display with augmented reality navigation is also included.

At the top of the lineup is the AMG SL 63 S E Performance. This trim pairs a V8 engine with electric power to create a plug-in hybrid setup. It also features carbon ceramic brakes and bronze calipers.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2025 AMG SL Roadster Have?

The AMG SL 43 is powered by a turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 416 horsepower. The SL 55 comes with a turbo V8 that makes 469 horsepower. In the SL 63, that same V8 is tuned to deliver 577 horsepower. The SL 63 S E Performance tops the range with a combined 805 horsepower thanks to its hybrid powertrain. Rear-wheel drive is standard on the SL 43, while the others include all-wheel drive.
