Can I Service a Vehicle With Husker Auto Group Even if I Didn't Buy Here?

Whether you drive a Mercedes-Benz or any other brand, our service department can handle your car repair and maintenance. Obviously our repair shop is well-stocked and well-equipped to handle high-end cars. Our certified technicians specialize in Mercedes-Benz and other luxury vehicles, but they are an excellent choice for any make or model repair.

Do You Have Loaner Vehicles or Shuttle?

Our shuttle is available while your car is being repaired. We can travel within a 20-mile radius, dropping you off at work or other activities. For longer repairs, we have loaners available. If you need a loaner or the shuttle, we recommend calling in advance. For a loaner, please make sure to ask a few days in advance of your scheduled appointment. We do our best to accommodate all of our customers, but the supply of loaners is limited. There is no charge while your vehicle is under repair. Loaner cars returned more than 24 hours after a job's completion may be subject to charges.

Do You Have Wi-Fi?

Our customer lounge was recently renovated to give you a place to rest and relax. If you are hungry, we offer snacks and gourmet coffee. Of course, there are televisions to help you pass the time. You can even work on your laptop thanks to complimentary WiFi.

Do I Have to Pay for a Recall?

Any recall work is done for free. Our shop works closely with Mercedes-Benz to ensure factory-quality repairs. If you receive a recall notice, contact us immediately to schedule an appointment. For more information about your specific vehicle, you can utilize our online recall tool. Just enter your vehicle's model and year to find out if there are any outstanding safety recalls. You can also ask your Husker Mercedes-Benz service technician.

Is There a Warranty on Parts Used During Service?

Mercedes-Benz original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts come with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. However, a transmission comes with a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty. An engine or long block is covered by a 48-month warranty. You should get exact details from our service department about specific OEM part warranties.

What Are the Hours for Service?

Our service department opens extra early at 7 a.m. during the week. It closes at 6 p.m. It is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. We strongly recommend that you schedule ahead for timely repairs and, when necessary, loaner vehicles.
